PREVENTING THE GEAR IN THE CLUTCH FRAME UNIT FROM BREAKING
1.Model Name: Z-52/52ΙΙ/57/57ΙΙ
2.General: The table may lock if it is returned while carrying more than 20 Kg of weight, or strikes a
wall or other obstruction in its movement range. When this happens, the clutch unit has to bear an unusually heavy load. This often results in the breakage of the 16T gear, which is the weakest part of the clutch unit. The following steps are being taken to prevent this.
Changing or adding the appropriate parts to the old clutch unit bring it to the same level as the new one. (See the appended sheet)

Apply a grain of rice’s worth of white grease Apply about half a grain of rice’s worth of white grease (Moricoat X5-6020) between the polyslider ratchet gear faces.
Apply about a quarter of a grain of rice’s worth of white grease (Moricoat X5-6020) to each of the six locations.
