2. CHANGE IN THE ROMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH A CHANGE IN THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR SPECIAL DESTINATIONS.

1. Change in the supplier of the lift up unit to improve productivity.

1.Model name: SF-2050

2.General: The maker supplying the lift up units for the models listed above has been changed as

a measure to improve productivity. In accordance with the change the parts code has also been changed. Note: In order to improve operationability, a slight increase in the length of the lower UN main harness has been carried out at the same time as the change described above.

3.Special items: (1) As a result of the change in the supplier of the lift up units, all related parts will no longer be interchangeable.

(2) Related parts were previously supplied for the old units, but can not supplied with the

new units (unit supply only).

4.Action: (1) Lift up unit: Running change from 1996 mid-January production.

(2) Lower UN main harness: Running change from 1996 mid-January production.

2. Change in the ROMs in accordance with a change in the specifications for special destinations.

1.Model name: SF-2050

2.General: A change has been carried out in the main ROM and the data ROM in accordance with

a change in the specifications of model SF-2050 in machines bound for special destinations.

3.Description: (1) The ROMs have been made Energy Star compatible (in machines bound for SEC).

(2) The LCC has been changed from standard issue to optional issue.

In accordance with the changes described above, a change has also been carried out in the messages and a portion of the display windows. Note: No changes have been carried out in the messages or display windows of machines not bound for the special destinations, even if changes have been carried out in the ROMs.

Data ROM: V3.14 → V4.00

∗ The changes to the data ROM are only effective in English speaking regions.
