1. Improvement measures for the main PWB to alleviate problems of noise.

1.Model name: SF-2116/ 2118/1016/1018.

2.General: A capacitor and a diode had been attached to the reverse side of the main PWB as an

improvement measure to alleviate problems of noise, but the capacitor and the diode
has become attached to the surface of the PWB in accordance with a change in the
PWB pattern. Further changes and additions of parts have also been carried out for
even greater improvement.

3.Description: Diode: VHDDSS133//-1
D56 to D59 → Back-attachment has been changed to front-attachment.
D60 to D63 → Added.

IC: VHIT74LS151-C → Changed to VHISN74HC151N.

In accordance with the changes described above, the silk screen printing content has
been changed from N1079FC-1 to N1079FC-2.

2.General: A DC power supply PWB protection sheet has been added to lower frame R to protect

the main harness of the lower unit when the DC power supply PWB is attached.

3. Improvement measures to prevent the harness protective sheet from peeling.

1.Model name: SF-2116/ 2118/1016/1018.

2.General: The lower unit main harness which is connected to the paper feeding unit on the left

side of lower frame R is secured by a harness protection sheet. This harness protection
sheet peels easily, however , and to alleviate this problem the harness protection sheet
has been discontinued and harness fixing tape has been added.
