ESTABLISHMENT OF INTERCHANGEABILITY OF
THE COPY LAMP UNIT TO IMPROVE
PRODUCTIVITY.
1.Model name: Z-50/55 (only for the 100 V line).
2.General: The copy lamp unit used in model Z-52 had been different from the unit used in models
Z-50/55, but this situation has been changed so that the copy lamp unit used in model
Z-52 can be used in models Z-50/55 without any problems arising. In accordance with
this change, interchangeability has been established.
Models Z-50/52/55 are now using interchangeable copy lamp units for the reasons
described above.

Copy lamp unit CREFL01 12FC31 → CREFL0112FC41
Note:
There are no problems in using either the original copy lamp unit or the new copy lamp
unit (used in model Z-52) for models Z-50/55. However, some of the parts comprising
the copy lamp unit are not interchangeable. Please refer to the parts list for details.
This technical report concerns only machines of the 100 V line. Information concerning
machines of the 200 V line was reported in T/R No. SP-1831.
3.Action: From the start of 1995 February production.
