1. ROM version upgrade to improve the data backup timing.

1.Model name: SF-2022/2027

2.General: The software content of the IC (ROM) in the main PWB has been changed to improve

the backup timing of the EEP ROM.

3.Description: Change in the ROM version. (Ver. 6.06) (Ver. 6.07) VHI27C01030FC → VHI27C01049FC.

The parts code of the main PWB has been changed in accordance with the change described above.

4.Action: From 1995 mid-May production.

2. Establishment of the clutch in the paper feed speed change unit as a service part.

1.Model name: SF-2022/2027/2035

2.General: The electro-magnetic SP clutch used in the paper feed speed change unit was not

offered as a service part. In accordance with supply requests from the markets, however, the clutch has been established as a service part.

Electro-magnetic SP clutch.

Note: Because the clutch on the LO side is connected to the clutch on the HI side by a

harness, the parts are being supplied as a clutch assembly.
