1. IN RESPONSE TO BREAKAGES OF THE FUSING GEAR.
2. A CHANGE IN PARTS DUE TO A CHANGE IN SUPPLIER.
1.In response to breakages of the fusing gear.
1.Model name: Z-50/52/55/70/72/75/77/85/88
2.General: There have been reports of the fusing gear breaking. In response, the following
changes will be made.
3.Description: Most of the breakages have occurred at the three point gate, where the resin portions
contact the welds. The following improvements will be carried out to prevent these
problems.
(1) The temperatures used during molding and the moisture of the materials will be
improved.
(2) The three point gate will be made into a one point gate, and the weld points will be
decreased to one location.
