1. Service manual correction (p. 11-1, Maintenace)
1.General: The marks indicating the maintenance period of the black lamp, the discharge lamp and
the ozone filter were incorrectly described in service manual correction (p. 1 1-1,
Maintenance). Therefore we have corrected them.
2.Description: Change the ✦ mark to the O mark (Cleaning).

2. Exchange method of main parts inside the sensitive materials cartridge
1.General: Exchange methods of the main parts which is treated as the maintenance parts inside
the sensitive materials cartridge were not described in the service manual. We inform
you it by this technical report. We also issue the parts guide of this cartridge.
2.Description: (1) Drum (merchandises only)
Remove a screw and the plate, then do the drum.

(2) Main charger
Remove a screw, and slide the main charger to the arrow direction, then remove it.

(3) Screen grid
➀Remove three screws, then do the upper housing unit.
➁Turn the screw fixing from lateral direction to the arrow direction, and remove the
screen grid.

(4) Drum separation pawl
Remove it by pulling it to the arrow direction. (Both two pawls should be cleaned and
exchanged at the same time.)
(5) Cleaning blade and toner reception seal holder unit
➀Remove the upper housing unit. (Three screws)
➁Remove two screws fixing from the bottom of this unit. Remove the toner reception
seal holder unit and the cleaning blade.
