2. Parts code designations for toner clutch solenoid and polyslider assembly parts
1.Model name: Z-20, 23, 25, 27
2.General: A polyslider was added to the solenoid in the drive unit to prevent abnormal noises
during toner replenishment. The polyslider has now been assembled onto the solenoid and given a parts code designation.
3.Description: Current New Toner clutch solenoid (RPLU-0295FCZZ) Toner clutch solenoid (RPLU-0295FCZ1) With out polyslider With polyslider
New solenoids (with polyslider) and current solenoids (with polyslider mountings designated as service parts LX-WZ0186FCZZ) are interchangeable.

3. Parts changes due to production discontinuance
1.Model name: Z-20, 23, 25, 27
2.General: The photo coupler production used in the main PWB was discontinued. We have
changed it to alternates.
3.Description: The same photo coupler was used for all destinations. However, due to cost factors, separate parts have now been designated for the 100V and 200V series.
4.Action: July 1994 production, 1st unit.
