1. To deal with detachment of waste toner box shutter and breakage of pins
1.Model name: Z-40, 50, 52, 53, 55, 57, 57II, 70, 72, 76, 77, 85, 85II, 88, 52II (All of Z series except for Z-20 series, Z-29 and 30.), SF-6000, 6100, 2010
2.General: On rare occasion, the developer toner cartridge was inserted to the main unit under the condition of ceasing the waste toner shutter such as pressing it by your fingers. This brought the breakage of the cam’s pins for shutters. Waste toner could not be exposed from the dram unit to the waste toner box. The dram unit might be locked when you used it for a long time under this condition. Therefore we have made changes to improve it. On rare occasion, the waste toner shutter was detached from the claw of the waste toner box. We also have made changes to improve it.
3.Description: We have added ribs to open the waste toner shutter although pins for its cams were broken. We also have made the claw’s height higher not to detach the waste toner shutter.
