COPIER : Z-85
No. : SP-1738
DISCONTINUANCE OF MYLAR SPACERS IN THE LOWER BASE PLATE UNIT TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY.
1.Model name: Z-85/85 II
2.General: Mylar spacers had been attached to the lower base plate unit as a trouble shooting
measure to prevent rear end print transfer misalignments, but when mass production of model Z-88 was started, changes were carried out on the bearing of the pressure fixer roller as a trouble shooting measure for the same problem. The same trouble shooting measure was also carried out on the Z-85 series, and the mylar spacers were therefore unnecessary and discontinued.
3.Action: From 1994 March production.
