1. Change in reverse roller lever spring in the paper feeding unit.
2.General: The load of the reverse roller lever spring in the paper feeding unit has been changed
to prevent paper miss feeding.
3.Description: The load of the reverse roller spring has been increased from 275 g to 350 g. MSPRC1943FCZZ MSPRC1943 FCZ1

2. Addition of reinforcement mylar to the optical base plate.
1.Model name: SF-2035 / 2027 / 2022
2.General: There is a danger of connection between the upper portion of the copy lamp area and
the operation main middle harness (P/G 2 - 35) which is inserted into the two cut-away sections in the upper area of the feeding side of the optical base plate. To alleviate this problem reinforcement mylar has been added.
3.Description: Two sheets of reinforcement mylar have been added to the optical base plate, to
prevent the harness from becoming wedged into the optical base plate.
Added reinforcement mylar: PSHEP3571FCZZ (Quantity: 2).

3. Permanent trouble shooting measures for H4 trouble.
1.Model name: SF-2035. (Information concerning models SF-2022 / 2027 has been reported in T/R
SP-1638.)
2.General: Information concerning H4 trouble shooting was reported in T/R SP-1597, but the main
harness of the lower unit has been changed as a permanent trouble shooting measure.
3.Description: The HL control line of the main harness in the lower unit has been installed with 1KΩ of
resistance. In accordance with this change the relay harness, open connector and binding band have all been eliminated.
