CHANGE IN PARTS (FOR MODEL Z SERIES). (TROUBLE SHOOTING FEEDING AREA JAMS.)

1.General: The parts changes described below have been carried out on the Z series.

2.Description: 1. Trouble shooting excessive rotation of PF roller A (Z-88, 85, 52, 57).

The wave washer (LX-WZ0214FCZZ) attached to the shaft on the clutch side of PF roller A sometimes causes pressure on the clutch, causing excessive rotation or incorrect angles. To alleviate this problem, the installation location of the wave washer has been changed.

The installation location of this wave washer (LX-WZ0214FCZZ) has been changed to the front side of PF roller A.

2. Trouble shooting OHP jams during manual feeding operations (Z-85, 85II). When the machine is used under environmental conditions such as high temperatures and high humidity, jams sometimes occur in the paper flow through the OHP. To alleviate this problem, trapezoidal mylar used in model Z-88 has been added.
