2.General: Var ious parts have been changed in the models listed above. All such changes are
hereby reported.

➀ D guide change.
The color has been changed from silver to black to improve the outside light detection
function of the photo-sensitive paper feeder sensor.
➁ Spring clutch B change.
Spring clutch B in the pick up roller section has been changed to spring clutch C to
prevent assembly misses in the production process. With this change, all spring
clutches are the same.
➂ ROM change.
The final page of the original copy being fed into the machine sometimes is returned by
the shutter, and does not get fed. The speed that the shutter is raised has been
increased to prevent it from returning the original copy.
➃ Addition of P cushion.
A P cushion has been added to the D guide to shorten the stroke of the shutter,
preventing it from returning the original copy (a supplementary measure to no. ➂
described above).

* The parts guide lists a shutter cushion (P/G No. 2 - 131) in the location where the
added P cushion is shown in Fig. 1, but the shutter cushion has been discontinued
since the start of mass production.
