2.General: The transport base plate has been changed for the reason described below.

3.Reason: To increase productivity.

4.Description: The transport base plate sheet that was attached to the transport base plate has been

eliminated, and the unit has been changed to a single construction type.

Eliminated conveyor plate sheet. (PSHEZ3280FCZZ)

Toward rear frame.

Toward front frame.

Changed transport base plate.

2. Trouble shooting rear end fading of B4 copies.

1.Model name: 2022 / 2027 /2035

2.General: Fading has occurred on the rear end of diagonally fed (thin) B4 size copies due to

shape deviations of the transport drive shaft of the vertical conveyor. To remedy this
problem transport drive roller 2 has been chnaged.

3.Reason: To alleviate the problem of fading on the rear end of B4 copies.

4.Description: The current transport drive roller 2 by design tends toward an enveloped state.

The rib thickness of the roller has been thinned, effectively eliminating the deviations in
shape incurred in the design stage of production.

Changed conveyor driven roller 2.

5.Action: (Factory action)
Running change from 1993 October.
