H4 TROUBLE SHOOTING

(PERMANENT MEASURES)

1.Model name: SF-2035 / 2022 / 2027

2.General: H4 trouble shooting was reported in T ec hnical Report SP-1597, but as a permanent

measure the temporary unit main harness has been changed.

3.Cause: As a permanent counter measure for H4 trouble.

4.Description: 1 KΩ of resistance has been installed in the HL control line of the temporary unit main

harness. This change enables the elimination of the relay harness (DHAI-2279FCZZ), the open connector (QCNCM0347 FCZZ) and the binding clamp (LBNDJ0013FCZZ), but the availability of these parts for servicing will be continued.

Temporary unit main harness change.

DHAI-2044FCZZ DHAI-2280FCZZ

For machines already out on the market H4 trouble shooting kit (DKIT- 0325FCZZ) should be used.

5.Effective time: (Factory action) From November, 1993.
