2.General: The thickness of the lever is changed to eliminate the freedom of the waste toner box

release lever.

3.Reason: This is to improve the movement of the waste toner box release lever.

4.Description: The thickness of the waste toner box release lever is changed from 1.0 to 1.2 thick.

2. Avoiding the harness from caught up when removing and installing the drum cleaner unit

1.Model name: SF-2035 / 2027 / 2022

2.General: Change is made to the structure of the upper drum frame and the MC duct A to avoid

possible seizure of the harness when removing or installing the drum clear unit from the copier. This change is also applied to SF-2022 and SF-2027 allow the shared use.

3.Reason: This is to prevent the seizure of the harness when removing or installing the drum cleaner unit.

4.Description: 1. Drum cleaner unit structural change (running change since June 1993).

The size of the area where the harness goes through is changed from 3mm to 5.5mm (deeper indent).

Changed current 3mm to new 5.5mm.

2. MC duct A structural change

To provide the tolerance to avoid the seizure of the harness, the BL harness lamp bracket (LPLTP4531FCZZ) will be employed from September 1993. A harness sheet had been used since mid-April 1993 as a makeshift action.

Baseline

Paste the mylar over the drum harness as if covering from above. For the mylar comes swelling, try to hold down the mylar when pasting. After this, use the wiring tie to fasten.

NOTE: Only the blank harness clamp bracket can be added to the MC duct A with

the new stud (PDUC-0063FCZ2).
