3. Preventing loose drive belt tension with a new crown washer in use
1.Model name: SF-2022/2027
2.General: To avoid possible belt leaping owing to a loose tension of the drive belt while
producing a double sided copy, a crown washer is now used to avoid loose
screw that holds the tension plate.
3.Cause: The problem owes to a play inside the crown washer and the tension plate
holding screw.
4.Description: The ∅5 crown washer i s replac ed with a ∅4 crown washer to abate an inside
play to kill the l ooseness.
