FRONT CABINET HINGE REINFORCED TO
AVOID CRACKING

1.Model name: SF-2022/2027

2.General: Owing to a quality variance in a course of mold press process, the front

cabinet hinge may be liabl e t o crack when t he front cabinet is accessed too
bumpy. To avoid this, change is made to the structure of the front c abinet
hinge.

3.Cause: If too much force was added to an offset area of the welded part of the front
cabinet hinge, a crack might be caused depending on the quality variance at
the time it was m old pressed.

Presence of a weld failure on the offset
area, it may produce a crack there.

4.Description: The offset is eliminated in the front cabinet hinge with the corner roundness is
change from 0.3 to 4, t o increase t he strength.
