2. General: If any jammed paper is removed from the paper charge port by forcibly pulling it sideward, the

paper may enter under the MSI actuator to be torn with some part remained. The remained part

can not be removed by the user. Therefore, the R5 shape is added to the tip of the actuator.Moreover on Z20 and Z21 the paper gate is partially cut since the paper gate of the PS roller area interferes due to the shape change of the actuator.
