1. A change to the shape of the TR bearing.

1.Model Name: JX-9200/9210

2.General: When envelopes or other thick paper are used in the unit and the paper is held between

the optical drum and the copy roller, the pitch of the drum and the roller become
broader. The meshing of the teeth on each part’s gears becomes poor, the gears may
separate, and pitch misalignment may occur. In order to prevent this problem, we are
adding a stopper rib to the TR bearing.

3.Description: A stopper rib has been added to the TR bearing (See the figure below). In order to
distinguish the old and new part, the color of the materials used for the TR bearing has
changed from black to dark brown.

2. A change to DV I gear A.

2.General: In order to prevent pitch errors, we have changed the diameter of DV I gear A’s front

teeth.

3. A change to the shape of the FU sheet and the addition of FU tape.

1.Model Name: JX-9200/9210

2.General: In order to prevent curling and rolling of the FU sheet during processing, we have

changed the double sided heat resistant tape used on part of the sheet to a different
kind of tape (FU tape). Furthermore, we have canceled the change of shape to the pass
sheet for envelopes and other thick paper. As a result, the shape of the slit in the FU
sheet has been changed.
