2.General: The capacitor in the ICU PWB has been changed.

3.Cause: The change described above has been carried out in order to improve operationability.

2. AdditIon of an MD-PCU FFC shield.

1.Model name: JX-9660 / 9660PS

2.General: An MD-PCU FFC shield has been added in the main frame unit.

3.Cause: The change described above has been carried out in order to improve EMI

(electromagnetic interference) levels.

4.Description: The MD-PCU FC shield has been inserted between the FFC shield sheet, attached to
the MD FFC, and the base plate. It is secured by screws (M3 x 8).

3. Change in the ROM socket in the PS PWB.

1.Model name: JX-96PS

2.General: The ROM socket in the PS PWB has been changed.

3.Cause: The ROM is equipped with 40 pins, but the number of pins in the ROM socket totaled

42. The change described above has been carried out so that the number of pins in the
socket is the same as the number of pins in the ROM.

4.Description: The number of pins in the ROM socket has been changed from 42 pins to 40 pins.

5.Action: (Factory action)

From 1994 February production.
