CHAPTER 1. Removing LCD Module
[1] LC-40Z5T
1. Remove the 4 lock screws [1], 13 lock screws [2], 12 lock screws [3] and detach the Bezel Unit (Top) [4], Bezel Unit (Bottom) [5] and Bezel Unit
(Left/Right) [6].
2. Detach the 40” LCD Panel Module Unit [7].
3. Detach the DBEF Sheet [12], Lens Sheet [13]/[14], Micro Lens Sheet [15], Light Guide Plate [16], Reflection Sheet [17], Graphite Sheet (Top
Right/Bottom Left) [18] and Graphite Sheet, (Top Right/Bottom Left) [19].
4. Detach the P Chassis Unit (Top) [8], P Chassis Unit (Bottom) [9], P Chassis Unit (Left) [10] and P Chassis Unit (Right) [11] .
5. Remove the 23 lock screws [20] and detach the 2 pieces LED Angle [21].
6. Remove the 40 lock screws [22] and detach the 4 pieces LED-PWB [23].
7. Remove the 6 lock screws [24] and detach the 2 pieces Holder Unit [25].
8. Detach the LED Cable Cover (Cap) [26].
9. Disconnect the LED cable [27].
10.Detach the and Back Light Chassis Unit [28].

1. Remove the 4 lock screws [1], 12 lock screws [2] and detach the 46” LCD Panel HIRAK Unit [3].
2. Detach the DBEF Sheet [4], Lens Sheet [5], Micro Lens Sheet [6], Light Guide Plate [7], Reflection Sheet [8], 4 pieces Graphite Sheet [9].
3. Remove the 18 lock screws [10] and detach the 2 pieces LED Angle [11].
4. Remove the 40 lock screws [12] and detach the 4 pieces LED-PWB [13].
5. Remove the 6 lock screws [14] and detach the Holder Unit (L/R) [15].
6. Detach the LED Cable Cover (Cap) [16].
7. Disconnect the LED cable [17].
8. Remove the 6 lock screws [18] and disconnect the 2 pieces FFC (80Pin) [19], FFC (64Pin)[20] and detach the C-PWB [21] .
9. Detach the and Back Light Chassis Unit [22].

1. Remove the 5 lock screws [1], 19 lock screws [2] and detach the 52” LCD Panel HIRAKI Unit [3].
2. Detach the DBEF Sheet [4], Lens Sheet [5], Micro Lens Sheet [6], Light Guide Plate [7], Reflection Sheet [8], 4 pieces Graphite Sheet [9].
3. Remove the 28 lock screws [10] and detach the 2 pieces LED Angle [11].
4. Remove the 48 lock screws [12] and detach the 4 pieces LED-PWB [13].
5. Remove the 10 lock screws [14] and detach the 2 pieces Holder Unit [15].
6. Detach the LED Cable Cover (Cap) [16].
7. Disconnect the LED cable [17].
8. Remove the 6 lock screws [18] and disconnect the 2 pieces FFC (80Pin) [19], FFC (64Pin) [20] and detach the C-PWB [21] .
9. Detach the and Back Light Chassis Unit [22].
