2. General: When the process unit is inserted, the drum drive gear in the drum drive unit is designed to
slide. During sliding, the parallel pin (See the illustration below.) of the drum drive gear
sometimes gets off to possibly result in the improper operation. As the countermeasure, the
parallel pin is changed to the T type pin.
