1. Measure to alleviate problems of copy image misalignment.

2.General: There have been problems of copy image misalignments sometimes occurring. As a
measure to alleviate this problem, a change has been carried out in the roller diameter
of the transport roller B which is used in the RDH exposure frame unit.

2. Measure to alleviate problems of black paper jams in the RDH section.
1.Model Name: SD-4085
2.General: There have been problems of jams occurring due to detection misses by the RDH photo
sensor (OPD 12 sensor). The misses were caused by the fact that the RDH photo
sensor was too far from the paper, and the detection misses were especially prone to
occur when using original documents which were very dark or black. As a measure to
alleviate this problem, a change in the distance of the sensor has been carried out.

3.Description: The problems of detection misses has been alleviated by the attachment of a washer
between the angle and the photo sensor, resulting in the photo sensor being positioned
closer to the paper. Also, in accordance with the addition of the washer, a change has
been carried out in the screws, and longer ones are now being used. Change in the
length of the screws.

damage to the original documents. Now, however, permanent measures have been
carried out and are hereby reported.
