2.General: When carrying out staple replacement operations, the staples should merely be fed into

the machine, but mistakes are often made whereby the staple cartridge (box) is thrown away and therefore the staples cannot be fed into the machine. As a measure to alleviate this problem, a label to prevent the staple cartridge from being thrown away has been added.

2. Measure to help alleviate problems of jams of A4 sized copy paper in the RDH unit.

2.General: The addition of an SB1 stopper sheet was reported in item 1 of T/R DTE-304.

There was a problem, however, of jams occurring during copy operations of original documents which were A4 size. As a measure to alleviate this problem, a change in the shape of the SB1 sheet has been carried out.
