2.General: The lower sub CL roller unit used in the fusing unit has been changed to the lower sub
CL roller unit which is used in model SD-2260. This change has been carried out as a
measure to improve the felt separation and durability.

4.Action: From the start of 1997 June production.
When carrying out replacement operations on any of the individual parts described
above, all three of the parts should be replaced together.

2. Change in the washers carried out as a measure to improve operationability.
1.Model Name: SD-2060/2260/3062
2.General: As reported in item no. 5 of Technical Report DTE-310, when using the changed FU
lever holder, the gap of the washer which serves as the locking material for the fusing
unit was too small, making it difficult to lock properly. As a measure to alleviate this
problem, the outer diameter of the washer has been changed from ø15.5 to ø12.5.
