1. Measure to prevent the paper delivery plate mylar from peeling, and measure to
improve the effectiveness of the static electricity discharge performance.

2.General: The changes described below have been carried out as a measure to improve the
performance of the duplex tray unit.
3.Description: 1) There was a danger of the paper delivery plate mylar peeling during operations of the
one-cycle detection lever. As a measure to alleviate this problem, a change has been
carried out in the paper delivery plate mylar used in the AB series.
2) A change in the width of the double-side tape has been carried out as a measure to
improve the effectiveness of the static electricity discharge performance. The width of
the double-side tape has been changed from 8 mm to 6 mm.

2. Change in the shape of the ozone filter of the fusing upper carried out as a measure
to improve operationability.
1.Model Name: SD-4085
2.General: A change in the shape of the filter used in the ozone duct attached to the fusing upper
side on the rear frame side has been carried out as indicated in the figure shown to the
right. This change has been carried out as a measure to improve operationability during
assembly operations.
