IMPROVE BALANCE OF HEAT IN HEAT ROLLER

1.Model name: SD-2060, 3062

2.General: Imbalance of heat between front side and rear side of the fusing unit occurred.

(Temperature of rear side is hotter than that of front sides.) This does not influence to copying function. However, we found that balance of heat was improved by inverting the heater lamp. Therefore we made changes as follows.

3.Description: (1) It was impossible to inverse the heater lamps due to current connector form. We at first inverted the forms of connectors in the heater l amps, and after changed the whole of the copy lamps.

(2) We added the tubes to encourage heat resistance of the lead wire of the heater

lamps.

(3) We discontinued one of the wire holders fixing lead wires to add tubes to heater

lamps.

Add heat resistance tubes to four points.

Two watt-age indications of lamps were shown rear side.

Discontinued one wire holder.
