2. Prevention of toner supply opening molt deform.
1.General: The toner supply opening molt sometimes becomes deformed due to operation
variance during toner cartridge installation or due to other factors such as the curve of
the toner cartridge, etc. To alleviate this problem, the shape of the molt has been
changed and the thickness of the plate has also been changed.
2.Description: The shape of the toner supply opening molt has been changed as shown in the figure
below, and the thickness of the plate has been changed from t 5 to t 4.

3. Change in the mirror holder front of No. 2/3 mirrors (Export models only).
1.General: The mirror holder front of No. 2/3 mirrors has been changed to increase the pressure of
the holder.
2.Description: The mirror holder of the No. 2/3 mirrors sometimes becomes detached during the
assembly process of production. In order to alleviate this problem the mirror holder front
has been changed to increase the pressure of the mirror holder.
Note: The previous mirror holder front is being used as the mirror holders for the No. 4/5
mirrors.

4. Change in each charger socket electrode in the drum drive unit (for rust prevention).
1.General: Rust has been found on the socket electrodes of each of the chargers (MC, PTC, TC /
AC) in the drum drive unit. To alleviate this problem and prevent the reoccurrence of
rust on the socket electrodes, all surfaces have been specially treated.
2.Description: The socket electrodes have been nickel plated.
