IMPORTANT POINTS WHEN SETTING COPY UNIT PRICE

1.General: The unit price for copies (1 page) can be set within a range of 0.000001 to 999999.

Due to a bug in the software, however, there is a problem of innaccurate calculation of
the total cost when numbers with 3 decimal places are input (for example: 0.123).
When it is necessary to input numbers with 3 decimal places, the software will run
properly if a ”0" is added to the end of the number, effectively making the number 4
decimal places (for example: 0.1230). The users should be aware of this fact, and
instructed accordingly.

Note: As of mid-December production, the bug in the software has been corrected, and

accurate calculations of numbers with 3 decimal places can be carried out with no
problems. In accordance with this change, the ROM version has been changed
from V 3.07 to V 3.08.
