CHANGE IN PINS AND BELT ROLLER L FOR THE RADF.

1.General: The straight pin has been changed in the RADF of model SD-2060 in order increase

the dependability of the spring pin used for stopping the rotations of the attachment pulley of belt roller L. In accordance with this change the diameter of the pin hole for belt roller L has also been changed.

2.Description: The diameters of the spring pin (P/G 43 - 82) and the pin hole of belt roller L (P/G 44 - 18) have both been changed from φ2.2 to φ2.0 in accordance with the change in the straight pin.

Note: Pins should always be replaced when belt roller L is replaced in machines already

out on the market. When only the pins are changed (the spring pin replaced by the

straight pin) there is a chance of rattling due to looseness. By inserting a 0.5t

moving spacer between the pulley and the E-ring, to eliminate any play in the

direction of the thrust, this problem can be improved.

3.Action: (Factory action) Inch series: From 1993 Mid-August production. AB series: Straight pin: From the first production lot.
