1. Prevention of center paper tray malfunction (E-4 trouble / skew) caused by
entanglement with the harness.
1.Model name: SD-2060
2.General: The upper moving paper guide of the center paper tray sometimes becomes entangled
with the center paper tray harness, causing malfunctions. To remedy this problem,
mylar has been added to prevent the harness from becoming entangled.
3.Cause: To prevent center paper tray malfunctions caused by entanglement with the middle
paper tray harness.
4.Description: A harness binding sheet has been added to remedy the troublesome portion of the
center paper tray harness in the center paper tray. This portion is located in the section
of the harness going to the SB paper output sensor.

2. Addition of unpacking (warning ) labels over the tray fixing screws to prevent
installation errors.
1.General: When installing the SD-2060 unit, the tray fixing screws should be removed before
turning on the main power. Failure to do so can cause damage such as breaking or
warping to the paper tray lift motor, the paper tray itself, and other parts. T o prevent
such accidents a warning label has been added with a reminder to remove the fixing
screws before turning the power on when installing the machine.
2.Description: Warning labels have been placed as shown in the diagram below , warning of the
danger of turning on the power without first removing the fixing screws when installing
the machine.

3. Correction of copy paper setting labels (written in 4 languages).
1.General: The copy paper setting labels (written in 4 languages) that are pasted on the No. 2 and
No. 3 paper trays are worded for both AB paper size units and inch units. The English
written on the labels, however, is worded with only AB paper size units. This has been
corrected so that the English wording also covers both AB paper size units and inch
units.
2.Description: The copy paper setting labels (written in 4 languages) have been changed as shown
below.
