line on whole image"

2. General: The cause of appearance of "red line on whole image" is thinning of wire coating film between

6-7/9-10 in the transformer due to processing dispersion of T1 transformer (for preheating of
lamp) of optical system lighting circuit (dispersion of thickness of internal wire coating film or
minute friction damage of wire coating film which is caused occasionally in wire winding process),
due to which insulation failure occurs. So as to solve this trouble, the insulation treatment
between 6-7/9-10 of T1 transformer of optical system lighting circuit must be changed to increase
the withstand voltage margin.
3.Description: The insulation treatment between 6-7/9-10 of T1 transformer is changed as follows.Before
change: Two wires were wound together, and the insulation was only the wire coating film. After
change: The insulation tape is added between wires to increase the insulation strength.
