* Since a mistake was found in the descriptions of CX-231, it is corrected. (Wrong ROM version after change)

1. An update to the main ROM version.

2. General: We have up-dated the main ROM to correct the following problems: (1)To prevent the problems that occur with the FSU driver circuit when the FSU carriage is left in the fixed position for a long period of time during FSU installation. (2)When scanning at 300dpi, the motor sometimes loses synchronism.

2. An update to the driver software.

1. Model Name: JX-250P/JX-250M

2. General: We have up-dated the software for the driver.

3. Description: • We have changed the contents of the "Read Me"file in the driver software

which comes with the scanner.

• A special setting program which enables use of the TWAIN driver with the

OCR software, "TextBridge", has been added to JX-250P only.

• The Application Note is no longer needed because its contents have been

added to the "Read Me"file.
