2.AN UPDATE TO THE DRIVER SOFTWARE.
1. An update to the main ROM version.
1.Model Name: JX-250 series
2.General: We have up-dated the main ROM to correct the following problems:
(1) To prevent the problems that occur with the FSU driver circuit when the FSU
carriage is left in the fixed position for a long period of time during FSU installation.
(2) When scanning at 300 dpi, the motor sometimes loses synchronism.

2. An update to the driver software.
1.Model Name: JX-250P/JX-250M
2.General: We have up-dated the software for the driver.
3.Description: • We have changed the contents of the ‘‘Read Me’’ file in the driver software
which comes with the scanner.
• A special setting program which enables use of the TWAIN driver with the
OCR software, ‘‘TextBridge’’, has been added to JX-250P only.
• The Application Note is no longer needed because its contents have been
added to the ‘‘Read Me’’ file.
