PWB AND ROM CHANGES FOR
PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT
1.Model name: JX610, JX600S, JX600
2.General: The control PWB and the ROM program are changed to enhance the following
performance.
3.Description: 1) Preventing mechanical noise from DC fan
A 100Ω resistor is inserted to the DC fan driving signal, though a 120Ω resistor is used
temporarily for the March production. With this change, two jumpers are added with
one circuit pattern cut

Jumper J1 : Inserted across pin #2 of IC29 (TD62064) and the 100Ω resistor.
Jumper J2 : Across 22C of MCN2 and 100Ω.
Circuit pattern cut : Across #2 pin of TD62064 of IC29 and 22C of MCN2.
2) Preventing tarnishing of fluorescent tube
The filament drive voltage is changed from 24V to 25.2V.
3) Improving the fluorescent tube preheat control
The ROM program is updated.
