MEASURE NO. II TO PREVENT CRACKING OF THE UPPER FRAME COVER.

1.Model Name: JX-8200 (for machines bound for all destinations)

2.General: When the OPC retaining lock screw installed in the upper frame cover of the upper

frame unit in the JX-8200 series is tightened, there was a possibility of cracking occurring in the upper frame cover. As a measure to alleviate this problem, a change has been carried out in the screw, the addition of a flat washer has been carried out, and the application of grease has been discontinued.

3.Action: From 1997 mid-November production.

The application of Molykote to portion A has been discontinued.

Old screw has been changed to M3 ×6!@ ti

screws with a tightening torque of 6 kg/cm
