2.General: There was a change in the part codes for some of the parts in the 2 tray paper delivery

unit (2 basket delivery reversion unit) which was carried out from the start of mass production. A correction of the parts guide should therefore be carried out.

3.Action: From 1998 June production.

2. Action to secure margin for the reset circuit.

1.Model Name: AR-280/285/335

2.General: There was a change carried out in the coefficient of some of the resistors in the ICU

main PWB. This action has been carried out as a measure to secure a margin for the reset circuit.

3.Description: AR-280/285/335 → R218

The resistor in the single location described above has been changed from VRS-TS2AD222J (2.2K) to VRS-TS2AD122J (1.2K).

4.Action: AR-280/285/335: From the start of 1998 May production.

1.Model Name: AR-280/285/335 (only for machines bound for the 200 V series market destinations).

3. Measure to alleviate problems of electronic noise (EMI).

2.General: A change has been carried out in the capacitor used in Silk No. C39 and C40. This

action has been carried out as a measure to alleviate problems of electronic noise (EMI) in the ICU PWB.

In accordance with the change described above, the ICU PWB used in the 200 V series machines has been reestablished. It is important to note that there has been no change carried out in the machines of the 100 V series.
