<2> The points of caution to be observed during replacement operations of the transfer
and separator charger wire are as follows. These points of caution should be
added to page 10-3, 4 of the service manual, listed under F. Transfer and
Separator Charger Wire.
(1) The wire used should be the part corresponding to part code DWIR-0550CSZZ.
(2) Confirmation that the wire is not twisted or bent should be carried out.
(3) When the wire is wrapped around the charger spring, it should be wrapped at
an angle of about 60°. If the wrapping angle is too sharp it will be difficult for
the wire to unwrap, and if the wrapping angle is too wide there is a possibility
that the wire might be easily cut. (Please refer to the figure shown on the next page.)

(4) Wire cutters should always be used when cutting the excess length.
The remaining length of extra wire should be within 1 mm. The wire cutting
operation should be carried out so that there is no stress placed on the
wrapped portion of the wire. (Please refer to the figure shown below.)

(5) The charger wire should be stretched so that the length of the tension spring
is approximately 10±0.5 mm. (Please refer to the figure shown below.)
