2.General: A change has been carried out in the load of the pawl spring. This action has been

carried out as a measure to stabilize the return of the PPD1 actuator in the transport DV
guide unit.

3.Action: Running change from 1997 September production.

2. Measure to alleviate problems of diagonal feeding of the original documents in the
ADF.

1.Model Name: AR-5132

2.General: There have been problems of diagonal feeding of original documents during copy

operations using the ADF. As a measure to alleviate this problem, a change has been
carried out in the ADF attachment step screws of the rear cabinet upper.

3.Action: From the 1st lot of 1997 November production.
