1. Slide the power b utton to t urn the d ryer o n and o.
2. Press the air flow but ton to cho ose a low, medium ,
or high airflow.
3. P ress th e temperature butto n to choose no heat, or low,
medium, or high temperature.
4. Press and hold the Co ol Shot button for a cool burst
of air to set yo ur style.
5. To att ach any a ccessories included with yo ur mod el,
press th em into the nozzle outlet . You will know they are
prope rly att ache d when th ey click in place.
6. To remove a n accessory, slide the l ock dow n and li ft
the acce ssor y o the nozzle by holding o nto the
touchpoints identified in your Styling Guide.
7. To remove the filter cover, twis t it o the b ack of the
unit countercl ockwise. To attach the fi lter cover, twist
it back onto the ba ck of the u nit clockwise.

TROUBLESHOOTING & ERROR CODES
MAINTENANCE/CLEANING
Reduc tion i n airflow.
A chang e in air flow or air power, airflow blocka ges, and/
or visib le buildup on the inlet at the back of the unit
could indicate your un it nee ds to be cleaned. To maintain
performance, clean the fi lter at th e back of the unit every
month , using a new tooth brush.
Removing the Filter
1. Turn o the u nit and unplu g it. Rot ate the fil ter cover o n
the back of the unit counterclockwis e, then pull it o.
Then rotate the filter cou ntercl ockwise and pull it o.
Cleaning the Filter
1. Soak the filter in warm, soapy water for at lea st 30
minutes .
2. Wipe down the b ack of th e unit with a dry microfibre
cloth or a n ew toothbrush to remove the debris.
3. After 30 minutes , remove th e filter f rom the water and
rinse it thorou ghly under a tap.

4. Pat th e filter dry with a m icrofi bre cloth. Let th e filter a irdry complete ly for up to 24 hours before reinst allin g.
5. To reinstall the filter, reinsert it a nd rotate it clockwise .
Then align the fi lter cove r and rot ate it clockwise until
it fits securely.

Hair dryer is ove rheating or shuts o.
This unit is equ ippe d with a tem perat ure- protec tive
therm ostat . If for some rea son your hair dryer overheat s,
the thermost at will automaticall y turn the unit o. To
prevent p ower-down recurrence , unplug the ha ir dryer and
set it aside to cool , or pre ss the Co ol Sho t butto n during
use. Ove rheating may result if the unit i s powere d on for a
long du ration. Over heating can a lso ind icate a blocka ge or
dust buildup. To prevent overheati ng, cl ean the filter at the
back of th e unit eve ry month, us ing a new to othbr ush. M ake
sure you are not covering the filter with your ha nd whe n
opera ting the unit, as this could also cause overheating. If
overheating continues to occu r, contact Cus to mer Ser vic e
