POWER SUPPLY, CHARGING ADAPTER, AND VACUUM CONTAIN ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS. WHEN USING AN ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE, BASIC PRECAUTIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE FOLLOWED, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:

LITHIUM-ION BATTERY

The batte ry is the power source fo r the appliance. DO N OT carry the appl iance with your finger o n the power button . DO NOT charge appl iance with the power on.

Use only th e included chargi ng dock to charge. Use of i ncorrect charge r may create a risk of fire.

Use appli ance only with inclu ded lithium-io n battery. Use of any oth er battery may crea te a risk of injury and fi re.

Under ab usive conditions, l iquid may be ejected f rom the battery. Avoid cont act with liquid, a s it may cause irritati on or burns. If conta ct occurs, flush w ith water. If liquid contac ts eyes, seek med ical help.

CHARGING YOUR SHARK® VACUUM
1. Insert the charging

2. Plug the charging adapter into a wall outlet. The charging indicator light will blink. Light will go out when fully charged.
NOTE: Lithium­ion battery takes approximately 6 hours to charge completely.
1. Press Power button.
2. Run the nozzle over the surface to be cleaned.
3. To empty dust cup, hold your vacuum over the trash.
4. Press the CleanTouch™ Dirt Eject button to open and empty the
dust cup.

TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The Two (2) Year Limited Warra nty applies to p urcha ses made from a uthorized retail ers of SharkNinja Operating LLC. Warranty covera ge app lies to th e original owner and to the origina l product only and is not transferable.
SharkNinja warrants that the unit shall be free from defe cts in material and workmanshi p for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase w hen it is u sed under norma l household conditions and maintaine d according to th e requi rements outlin ed in the Owner ’s Guide, sub ject to the following conditio ns and exclusio ns:
What is covered by t his wa rranty?
1. The origina l unit an d/or non -weara ble components de emed defec tive, in SharkNinja’s sole discretion, wi ll be rep aired o r repla ced up to t wo (2) year s from the original p urcha se date.
2. In the event a re place ment u nit is issued, the warranty coverage ends six (6) months followi ng the re ceipt date of the re place ment u nit or the remai nder of the existin g warra nty, whichever is l ater. Sha rkNinja rese rves th e right to replace the unit with one of eq ual or greater value.
What is not covered by thi s warra nty?
1. Norm al wear a nd tear of wearable parts (such as foam fi lters , HEPA filte rs, pads, etc.), whi ch requ ire regular mainten ance and/or repl acement to ensure the p roper func tioning of your u nit, are not covered by this wa rrant y. Replaceme nt par ts are available for purchase at sharkaccessories.com.
2. Any unit that has be en tam pered with or us ed for co mmercial purpose s.
3. Damage caused by m isuse (e.g ., vac uuming up water or other liqui ds), abuse , negligent handling, failure to perform requ ired ma intenance (e.g., not cleanin g the filters), or d amag e due to mishandling in transit.
4. Consequential and incidental damages.
5. Defects cause d by repair persons not authorized by Sh arkNinja. These d efects inclu de damages caused in the pro cess of shippi ng, altering , or rep airin g the SharkNinja produ ct (or any of it s parts) when the repair is performe d by a repair perso n not authorize d by Shar kNinja.
6. Products purchased, used , or operated ou tside North America.

O ur Customer S ervi ce Specialists are a lso available at 1- 80 0-7 98 -7398 to assist with produ ct sup port a nd warranty s ervi ce optio ns, inclu ding th e possi bilit y of upgr ading to our VIP warranty ser vice options for select product categories.
SharkNinja will cover the cost for the custome r to send in the unit to us for repair or replacement. A fee of $24.9 5 (subject to cha nge) will be charged when SharkNinj a ships th e repaired or replacement unit.
How to in itiate a warranty claim
You must call 1- 80 0-798 -7398 to in itiate a warrant y claim. You will ne ed the re ceipt as proof of purch ase. A Customer Ser vice Sp ecialist will provide you with return and packing instruction information.
How state law ap plie s
This warrant y gives you specific legal rights, an d you also may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do n ot perm it the excl usion or limit ation of incidental o r conse quential da mages, so the above may not apply to you.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Solution
The vacuum will not operate
Motorized brush will not work
Vacuum will not pick up or suction is weak
Dust is escaping from the vacuum
Battery needs to be recharged. Lithium-ion battery takes approximately 6 hours to charge completely.
Try using a dierent electrical outlet to charge.
The metal contact pins on the motorized brush are not in contact with the connector slots on the vacuum. Remove the motorized brush and reinsert firmly into the air-intake nozzle.
The motorized brush is blocked. Carefully remove all lint, hair, or other debris from the motorized brush.
Dust cup is full. Empty the dust cup.
Dust cup filter needs cleaning or replacement. Clean or replace the dust cup filter.
Vacuum needs to be recharged.
Empty the dust cup.
The dust cup filter is not installed correctly. Remove it and reinsert it.
The dust cup filter has a hole or a puncture and needs to be replaced.
An obstruction may be blocking the door from closing correctly. Clear any obstructions and ensure the dust cup door is completely closed.

Press the power button. If the unit doesn't turn on, then the battery power is too low. Please charge before use.
To charge the vacuum, connect charging cord to unit and plug into wall outlet. The light will fade in and out slowly as the vacuum charges.
If the light flashes quickly while the unit is in use, the battery power is low. Recharge the unit.
When the vacuum is fully charged, the indicator light will illuminate steadily, then turn o. (It takes approximately 6 hours for a full charge).
If the wrong charger is used, the light will blink five times and then stop. Use the included charger.
BATTERY REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL
This pro duct uses a recharg eable and reu sabl e lithiu m-io n batte ry. Whe n the bat tery no long er hol ds a charge, it should b e remove d from th e vacuu m and recycled . DO NOT incin erate or compo st the ba tter y.
When your lithium-ion battery needs to be replaced, dispose of it or recycle it in
1. Press the dust cup release button and pull out the dust cup.
2. Carefully remove the dust cup filter.
3. To open and empty the dust cup, hold it over the trash, then
press the CleanTouch™ Dirt Eject button (Complete instructions on reverse side.)
4. Hand-rinse the filter in cold water and let it air-dry for at least 24 hours before reinstalling. Air-dry only. DO NOT use a hair dryer or clothes dryer.
5. To clean the interior of the dust cup, rinse it with water. Place it on its side with the lid open to air-dry for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.
6. When the filter is dry, reinstall it in the dust cup, then reattach the dust cup.
DO NOT wash any parts or accessories in a dishwasher.
NOTE: For best results, replace the filter every 6 to 9 months.
