Insert wand into motorized floor nozzle.
Place pod onto wand and slide down to connect.
Connect hose to back of pod, pressing until it clicks into place. Store accessories on the posts on the pod.

POWERED LIFT-AWAY
®
Brushroll garage for easy access to your brushrolls.
Open the brushroll lid by sliding both rele ase buttons away from you, toward the back of the nozzle, then lifting o the lid.
To close the brushroll lid, insert the 3 tabs on top of lid into the 3 slots in the nozzle, then push down on both side s of lid until it clicks securely into place.
If headlights flash when the power is tur ned on, the brushroll lid is not completely
secured, and the brushrolls will not e ngage and the vacuum will not operate.
HAVING TROUBLE?
ISSUE
Vacuum is not picking up debris. No suction or light suction.
Solution
Empty dust cup, clean filters, check all openin gs for blockages.
ISSUE
Vacuum lifts area rugs.
Solution
Turn o the unit to disengage the brushroll and restar t with the Power button.
ISSUE
Brushroll and/or Soft Roller does not spin. The Brush roll Indicator Light on the floor nozzle turns red.
Solution
Turn o the unit and move away from any obstruction, then turn on power and tilt handle back. If the light remains red, turn o and unplug the vacuum. Disco nnect the nozzle and remove any blockages. Make sure the brushroll lid is firmly locked into position on both sides. Plug in the vacuum, turn on power, and tilt handle back. If Brushroll Indicator Li ght isn’t green and headlights are flashing, check agai n that both sides of the lid are locked into place. If the light is still red, please contact customer service a t 1-8 00-79 8-739 8.

TIP:
Wash filters to keep the suction strong. Rinse filters and allow t o air-dry completely. Tap loose dirt from foam filters as nee ded between washes. See enclosed Owner’s Guide for complete details on removing and cleaning filters.

Attach any of the
specialized cleaning
accessories to the
handle or wand.
Place foot on floor nozzle andtilt handle back.
Choose appropriate floor setting and press power button.
Press Lift-Away Release button to lift
pod o floor nozzle. You are now ready to
clean those hard-to-reach places.
From Lift-Away mode, place pod onto caddy.
The brushroll will spin slowly to help with debris pickup.
The brushroll will spin faster to help pick up debris below the surface.
When you are
done cleaning
with your caddy,
press the Lift-Away
Release button to
remove the pod.
ON FLOORS
Direct engagement with the Sof t Roller removes
large particles, small particles, and stuck-on dust.
ON CARPETS*
The Soft Roller pulls in large pa rticles, while the
deep-cleaning bristle b rush removes embedded fine dirt.
* For deep cleaning per ASTM F 608 (embedded dirt in carpet) please use in Carpet/Low Pile mode.
Brushroll Maintenance.
Remove any string, hair, or debris that may be wrapped around the brushroll by running scissors along the guide on the brushroll.
Soft Roller Maintenance.
Lift out Soft Roller by the tab on the ri ght side. Clean o any string, carpet fi bers, or hair that may be wrapped around the Sof t Roller. Remove debris from the roller housing. Reinsert the Soft Roller by slidin g it into the front of the nozzle until it clicks into place.
