6.FLIGHT CONTROL

PLEASE USE THE CONTROLLER TO PRACTICE SIMULATED FLIGHTS BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY TAKE THE NANO DRONE PRO IN THE AIR FOR THE FIRST TIME

Place the NANO DRONE onto a flat surface, making sure that the Front

TIP: It is much easier when you start to learn to fly the NANO DRONE, to ignore Spin Right / Spin Left. By using Up/Down, Forward/Backward, Bank Left/Bank Right, the NANO DRONE will still be able to fly anywhere. Also by keeping the Green LED facing forwards at all times, it is much easier to know which direction you will go in.

7.TRIMMING YOUR NANO DRONE PRO

- Always needed before first flight

When you lift your NANO DRONE into the air, and don’t use any of the other control levers, it should just HOVER in one spot. If it doesn’t, you can follow the below instructions to bring your NANO DRONE back to a perfect HOVER.

If your NANO DRONE banks to the Left, keep pressing the Bank Left /Bank Right Trim Button to the Right till the NANO DRONE stops banking.

If your NANO DRONE banks to the Right, keep pressing the Bank Left /Bank Right Trim Button to the Left till the NANO DRONE stops banking.

If your NANO DRONE flies Backwards, keep pressing the Forward /Backwards Trim Button Up till the NANO DRONE stops flying Backwards.

If your NANO DRONE flies Forwards, keep pressing the Forward /Backwards Trim Button Down till the NANO DRONE stops flying Forwards.

12.FIXING ISSUES

NANO DRONE PRO NOT LIFTING OR NOT FLYING IN YOUR CHOSEN DIRECTION:

9.HOW TO DO A 360° FLIP :

1.Make sure the NANO DRONE is flying at least 1.5 meters above the floor, or 1.5 meters below a ceiling.

2.Press the Flip Button once to set the Nano Drone into Flip mode - you will hear a beep.

3.You now have a choice of which direction to perform your flip. Using the right hand lever on the controller,

push it up to perform a forward flip, push it down to perform a backwards flip, push it right to perform a right

flip and push it left to perform a left flip.

4. After one flip, the controller resets back to normal flying mode.

10.FEATURES

SPEED CONTROL: When you first connect your Nano Drone it will automatically be in Speed

1 mode, this is the slowest speed and great for indoor flying. Press the SPEED BUTTON and you

will hear two beeps from the controller; you are now in Speed 2 which is great for Indoor/Outdoor

flying. Press the SPEED BUTTON again and you will hear three beeps from the controller; you are

now in Speed 3, the fastest speed, which is great for Outdoor flying. When you press the SPEED

BUTTON again the controller will beep once and return back to Speed 1. Always learn to fly at the

slowest speed, and then you can increase it as you get better at flying.

2) The batteries in either the NANO DRONE or Controller may need charging (or replacing if it’s the batteries in the controller).

3) You may have knocked your Trim Button settings out of sync. Follow the instructions earlier in this booklet to reset them back to the factory settings, and then re-trim as desired.

13.WARNINGS

. The NANO DRONE is designed for 8+ . Adult supervision is always advisable with any form of flying toy . Always ensure your flight area is free of all obstacles before taking off, and ensure the Drone is always flown in excess of 1.5 meters from yourself and others . Remove all batteries from the Controller when not in use . Never overcharge . Never leave to charge unattended . Never touch the Drones motors during or after flying as they bcan get hot . Never touch the blades when they are in motion . If the Drone becomes damaged, stop using it immediately . Do not dispose of any parts of the Drone or Controller in the normal rubbish; all parts should be taken to your local recycling centre . The battery in the Drone should never be exposed to any form of high temperature or disposed of in a fire . Always charge the battery on a non-flammable surface, with non-flammable surroundings.

3.CHARGING YOUR NANO DRONE PRO BATTERY

IMPORTANT － READ BEFORE CHARGING:

BATTERY WARNING:

Lithium Polymer batteries can expand, burst or catch fire if used incorrectly, causing both property damage and or personal injury. It is essential that you follow all the included instructions and safety warnings in full. The manufacturer, distributors and retailers will assume no liability for the failure to comply with these safety instructions and warnings.

INSTRUCTIONS WHEN CHARGING:

1) Always let your Nano drone battery cool down before charging.

2) Charging must only be undertaken by an Adult, and only using the included USB charger.

3) Always charge the Nano Drone on a non-flammable surface, with non-flammable surroundings.

4) NEVER leave the Nano Drone unattended whilst charging, and never overcharge.

5) Only ever charge using the included USB charging cable.

6) If your Nano Drone battery ever becomes damaged in a crash, or ever starts to smell, change colour or look swollen, stop using/charging it immediately and refrain from further use. If the battery is hot, place on a non-flammable surface.

7) Make sure the Nano Drone Power Switch is turned to the OFF position. Attach the USB end of the charging cable into a designated USB Charger socket on a PC, Laptop or USB Charging Plug (not mobile phone charging plug), and the other end into the Nano Drone. Make sure your Nano Drone is the right way up before inserting the USB charging cable, and make sure the little raised bump on the cable plug is facing downwards when you insert it. If the USB Charger cable is forced in upside down it can damage the Nano Drone and or cause a short circuit.

8) The USB Cable has a LED light which will light up whilst charging, and will trun off once fully charged. Always disconnect the USB Cable after charging.

IMPORTANT BATTERY CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

If your battery ever starts to smell, change colour or look swollen, you must stop using it immediately and must not attempt to recharge it. If the battery ever starts to smell, change colour or expand whilst charging, you must stop charging immediately, and place the battery. Do not attempt to recharge the battery. Be advised that the battery may be hot so be carefull when handling it. Disposal of any battery should be done at you local recycling centre.

4.SAFE FLIGHT ENVIRONMENT

1. Make sure the surrounding area is free of all people, pets or other obstacles before you start to fly.

2. The NANO DRONE is an Indoor/Outdoor Flyer, but care should be taken in strong wind.

3. Leave 1.5 meters between you and the NANO DRONE at all times.

5.SETTING UP THE SIGNAL CONNECTION

Turn on the Power Switch

Turn off the Power Switch

Turn on the Power Switch of the NANO DRONE, The LED on the drone will start to flash. Place the NANO DRONE down on a FLAT surface.

Then turn on the controller Power Switch, The controller will make two BEEP sound. To pair the signals of the NANO DRONE and the Controller, you must now RAISE the UP/DOWN Lever on the controller all the way to the TOP, then LOWER it all the way to the BOTTOM. The controller will make a BEEP sound. The next time you RAISE the UP/DOWN Lever the NANO DRONE will lift into the air.

Always turn off the Power Switch of the NANO DRONE after flight.

Always turn the controller off after flight, and remove all batteries if leaving un-used for a long period of time.
