TheTS431isa threeterminalsprogrammableshunt VoltageReferenceoptimizedforhightemperatures. However, it can operatefrom -40oC up to +125oC.
Theoutputvoltageisset by two externalresistorsto any value between 1.24 and 6V. When driving an optocoupler, the TS431 is particularly interestingto regulate 3.3V switching powersupplies.
