The M54/74HC273 isa highspeed CMOS OCTAL D-TYPEFLIPFLOPWITH CLEAR fabricated insili­con gate C2MOStechnology. It has the same high speed performance of LSTTL combined with true CMOS low powerconsumption.
Information signals applied to D inputs are trans­ferred to the Q outputs on the positive-going edge of the clock pulse.
Whenthe CLEAR inputis heldlow,theQoutput are inthe lowlogic level independent oftheotherinputs.
All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge and transient excess volt­age.
