DESCRIPTION
The M54/74HC14 is a high speed CMOS HEX SCHMITT INVERTER fabricated in silicon gate C2MOStechnology.Ithasthesame highspeedper­formance of LSTTL combined with true CMOS low power consumption. Pin configuration and function are the same as those of the HC04 but all inputs have20 % VCChysteresislevel.
This together with its schmitt trigger functionallows it to beused on linereceiverswith slowrise/fallinput signals. All inputs are equipped with protection cir­cuits against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
