DESCRIPTION

The L9222 monolithicquad transistorswitch is de­signedforhighcurrent,highvoltageswitchingappli­cations.

Eachof the fourswitchesis controlledby a logicin­put andallfour are controlledby a commonenable
input. All inputs are TTL-compatiblefor direct con­nectionto logic circuits. Each switch consistsofan
open-collectortransistorplus a clamp diode for ap­plicationswith inductiveloads.
