The 74LX 1G126 is a low v olt age CMOS SINGLE
BUS B UFF ER fabricated with sub-micron silicon
gate and double-layer metal wiring C

MOS
technology.
3-STATE control input G has to be set LOW to
place the output into the high impedance state.
Power down prot ection is provided on all inputs
and 0 to 7V c an be accepted on inp uts with no
regard to the supply voltage. This device can be
usedto interface5V to 3V.
All inputs and outputs are equipped with
protection circuits against static discharge.
