Installa on Environment

The SG Smart Box (SGSBox) should be installed in a
central area and equal distance away from devices
that are intended to be controlled. The SGSBox can be
wall-mounted or can sit horizontally on a table. There
should be no metal objects shielding or surrounding
the unit. Other metalic objects should be at least 15 cm
away from the SGSBox. The SGSBox should not be
exposed to humid environments or extreme
temperature changes. A router must be used in order
to control the SGSBox with mobile devices (i.e. iPhone,
iPad etc.).

STEP 1

ENSURE DHCP IS ENABLED ON THE ROUTER (CONSULT YOUR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR OR DEVICE MANUFACTURER FOR SUPPORT).

Connect the Power Supply to the Power Outlet then the Power adapter to the Smart Box.

Connect the LAN port on the Smart Box to an empty numbered port on the Wireless Router.

Wait  ll the power indicator light turns red on the SG Smart Box, then proceed to Step 2.

STEP 2

INSTALL THE APP ON APPLE DEVICE

Go to the App store and download the free app on either your iPhone
or iPad.

Enter the Username (admin) and Password (123456).

Check the “Auto Login” box to automa cally login next
 me the app is opened.

Check the “Save Password” box to retain your

password for the next  me you login.
